360 ONE WAM Shares Surge After Exclusive Wealth Management Deal with UBS, Preferential Issue Announced

Mumbai, April 22 — Shares of 360 ONE WAM Ltd were on investors’ radar today as the stock jumped sharply in morning trade, driven by a strategic development that marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion plans. The scrip gained as much as 2.9% intraday, hitting a high of ₹981.45 on the BSE, following the announcement of a landmark partnership with global financial giant UBS.

As of 12:31 PM, the stock was trading at ₹971.15, up 1.83% from the previous close. In contrast, the BSE Sensex was up just 0.29% at 79,641.3, highlighting the strong outperformance by 360 ONE WAM.

The bullish momentum was triggered after the company disclosed through an exchange filing that its board has approved an exclusive collaboration with UBS for wealth management services, covering both Indian and international markets. The move is expected to significantly boost the firm’s global outreach and service capabilities.

In addition to the collaboration, 360 ONE WAM also revealed that it would be issuing 2,05,02,939 warrants on a preferential basis to UBS AG. These warrants will be priced at ₹1,030 per warrant, suggesting a premium to the current market price and indicating UBS’s strong confidence in the company’s future.

The UBS-360 ONE partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both entities—360 ONE’s robust presence in India’s wealth management landscape and UBS’s global expertise—to create a powerful synergy in the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segment.

This preferential issue, once completed, is also expected to enhance the company’s capital base and could pave the way for further expansion initiatives in the wealth management space.
