Dogequest Resurfaces on Dark Web, Targeting Tesla Owners Amid DOJ Crackdown

The controversial “Dogequest” website, which aims to intimidate Tesla owners and employees, has resurfaced on the dark web, according to a report by 404 Media. The reappearance comes just days after the Department of Justice (DOJ) charged three individuals in connection with attacks on Tesla properties across the United States.

‘Dogequest’ Goes Dark to Evade Shutdown

Previously available on the regular web, “Dogequest” has now launched a dark web version called “DOGEQUEST Unleashed,” making it harder to trace and shut down. The site encourages users to “disrupt the paradigm” by joining its decentralized, anonymous platform that promotes anti-Tesla activism.

At one point, the website doxxed thousands of Tesla owners, exposing their names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. It also posted:

  • Locations of Tesla dealerships
  • Approximate locations of Tesla superchargers
  • Personal information of employees at the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a federal agency led by Elon Musk

Tesla Under Attack

The DOJ crackdown follows a surge in vandalism, harassment, and threats directed at Tesla owners and properties. These incidents have been linked to protesters targeting Musk, who currently serves as White House Senior Advisor in the Trump administration and leads DOGE.

Tesla dealerships and charging stations have been vandalized nationwide, with protesters accusing Musk of using DOGE to push a pro-Trump agenda and cut government spending.

FBI Task Force and DOJ Warnings

On Monday, the FBI launched a special task force to combat the escalating wave of Tesla-related domestic terrorism.

  • Attorney General Pamela Bondi vowed to hold perpetrators accountable, declaring:

“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended. If you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”

  • Bondi also warned Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) to “tread carefully” after the congresswoman suggested Musk should be “taken down,” sparking outrage from Trump allies.

Market Reaction and Fallout

Despite the turmoil, Tesla stock (NASDAQ: TSLA) climbed 3.45% on Tuesday, closing at $287.99, signaling investor confidence in the company’s resilience.

Bottom Line

As Dogequest resurfaces on the dark web, the DOJ and FBI are intensifying efforts to clamp down on anti-Tesla extremism. However, with Musk’s growing political influence and the escalating protests, the battle between Tesla, its supporters, and its critics is far from over.
